SLR Senior Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: SUNS) is a yield-oriented publicly-traded BDC that invests primarily in senior secured loans of private middle market companies. Income is distributed monthly to shareholders. Investments are diversified across predominantly first lien senior secured cash flow loans and asset-based loans, including healthcare specialized and general industry asset-based lending strategies. SUNS has a lower risk, lower return profile compared to SLRC.

SCP PRIVATE CREDIT INCOME FUND (“PCIF”) AND
SCP PRIVATE CREDIT INCOME BDC (“PCIF-BDC”)

PCIF and its companion PCIF-BDC, are traditional draw-down private credit funds that invest primarily in senior secured loans to private middle market companies in the U.S. Income is distributed quarterly to limited partners. Investments are diversified across senior secured cash flow, asset-based and specialty finance strategies.

SCP Private Corporate Lending Fund (“PCLF”),
SCP Cayman Debt Fund (“SCP-CDF”) and SF Debt Fund

PCLF and its companion SCP-CDF, are traditional draw-down private credit investment funds that invest primarily in senior secured loans to private middle market companies in the U.S. Income is distributed quarterly to limited partners. Investments are diversified across senior secured cash flow, asset-based and specialty finance strategies. SF Debt Fund is a side car fund focused on specialty finance investments exclusively.
